The team was doing financial projections building by building—manually. For a pipeline of 20+ buildings, the numbers were always incomplete, always late, and never accounted for how costs connected across the portfolio. The Process
Broke this into three problems and tackled them sequentially:
Consolidated the entire planning process by pulling detailed building data—financials, timelines, and specific costs—into a single centralized system that updated dynamically across the pipeline. No more chasing numbers across spreadsheets.
Made land acquisition a first-class element in the planning model, capturing costs, timeframes, and assignments to specific buildings. This was the missing link—without it, pipeline projections couldn't reflect the full development lifecycle.
Designed interactive map-based visualizations that showed buildings rising over time, giving investors and internal teams an intuitive way to see pipeline progress and financial performance at a glance.
