Virtual 3D Tour
This wasn't just visualization—we programmatically built complete virtual buildings with exact replicas of real materials and products. I led the pipeline: managing manual quality checks, ensuring every tile, fixture, cabinet, and even balcony plant was placed correctly, then developing systematic processes from those learnings. The goal was perfection: not 'something like this' but 'exactly this, just virtual.' Customers could walk through and experience their future homes before construction. We essentially built a time machine for feeling spaces that didn't exist yet.
What You'll Learn About My Approach
- Strategic product thinking in action
- How I navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- My approach to cross-functional leadership

Key Results
Funding success: Pre-product pitch → Successful seed round with immersive demo
Showroom costs: $1M+ physical showrooms → $0 with virtual tours
Time-to-market: 6-8 months traditional → 2-3 months virtual (60% reduction)
Scalability: Custom per-property → Programmatic system for unlimited properties
The Challenge
Understanding the problem and stakeholder needs
Traditional real estate sales processes relied on static renderings or physical showrooms, limiting the ability to provide buyers with a fully immersive experience. This approach required significant time, cost, and manual effort, delaying pre-sales and creating market risks. Additionally, ensuring that every detail of a home was consistent with architectural and design intent in a digital environment was a challenge. A solution was needed to make home visualization scalable, precise, and engaging.

My Approach
How I led the team through discovery to execution
I led the pipeline and process development from manual validation to systematic execution:
Led the cataloging of every home element with architects and interior designers—tiles, fixtures, cabinets, furniture, even balcony plants. Everything had to match exactly what customers would receive, not approximations. Managed manual quality checks to ensure every element was placed correctly.
Developed systematic processes from these learnings: defined central points, placement rules, and orientation standards. What started as manual validation became a scalable, programmatic system that maintained precision across unlimited properties.
Leveraged Unreal Engine to create photorealistic environments with exact material replication. The result: buyers could walk through their future homes and genuinely feel the space—not just see static renderings, but experience what living there would be like.

What We Built
Cross-functional delivery and team coordination
The Virtual 3D Tour provided an entirely new way for buyers to experience properties. Through manual validation evolved into programmatic precision, every element was placed exactly as it would be in real life—ensuring architectural and design consistency across all units. The immersive Unreal Engine environment with exact material replication allowed buyers to walk through and genuinely feel their future homes before they existed, empowering confident purchasing decisions.

Results & Team Impact
Measurable outcomes and what the team learned
The Virtual 3D Tour was instrumental in securing Nabr's seed round—investors could see we'd built something truly differentiated. Buyers got an immersive experience of their future homes before they existed, dramatically improving confidence and accelerating sales. The programmatic approach meant we could scale this across unlimited properties with consistency. While the 2022 funding crisis made our Series A challenging, the technology proved that complex programmatic systems can create transformative customer experiences and defensible competitive advantages. We built something that changed how people buy homes.
