I led the pipeline: managing manual quality checks, ensuring every tile, fixture, cabinet, and even balcony plant was placed correctly, then developing systematic processes from those learnings. Traditional real estate sales processes relied on static renderings or physical showrooms, limiting the ability to provide buyers with a fully immersive experience. This approach required significant time, cost, and manual effort, delaying pre-sales and creating market risks. Additionally, ensuring that every detail of a home was consistent with architectural and design intent in a digital environment was a challenge. A solution was needed to make home visualization scalable, precise, and engaging.

Led the cataloging of every home element with architects and interior designers—tiles, fixtures, cabinets, furniture, even balcony plants. Everything had to match exactly what customers would receive, not approximations. Managed manual quality checks to ensure every element was placed correctly.
